Since such kind of prefabricated structures can be produced very fast, they are preferrable in the urgent establishment of settlement areas and in the construction of emergency settlement residences. Coat coil painted micro galvanised metal sheets are used in the external surface of the wall panel, cemented chipboard or laminated chipboard in the inner surface and polyurethane is used as the isolation material. In this system, the panel is formed by injection polyurethane through special discontinuous presses. No additional carcasses are needed for the panel. No points on the walls shall constitute a heat bridge.
