SORU If assembly is to be carried out of town, what are your additional demands?
The only difference between establishment within and out of town is the fact that accomodation and food expenses of the Assembly team is covered by the customer.

SORU Is certification necessary in the course of establishment of buildings?
Certification is on the initiative of the Municipality of the region, where the building will be erected.

SORU Is certification obtained bu your part?
Certification and legal permissions are obtained by our customers. For certification, Architectural Plan, Electrical Plan, Mechanical Plan and ground survey are assumed by the customer. We solely provide Static accounts of the Building against remuneration upon demand.

SORU What are the matters, which are covered by the fee?
OPERATIONS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF OUR FEES
- We generally deliver prefabricated buildings roughly constructed. This comprises the following:
Assembly operations of the prefabricated building. All kinds of building materials (Wall panels, combination elements, ceiling coating, ceiling insulation and roof coating materials). Assembly of the exterior and interior doors, windows, transom windows and glasses is included.
- Upon demand, we can carry out the operations below against extra remuneration:
Application of mastic material on the combination elements of the building and the exterior and interior painting work,
Installation of the interior electrical wiring and assembly of the armatures of the building,
Installation of the sanitary fittings and the armatures.

SORU How long does the delivery takes?
Manufacture of one-storey building of 100 m2 approximately takes between 2 and 15 days according to our production capacity of that time. It is prepared for shipment. Assembly of the building is concluded within 5 days after the shipment and the delivery of the ground concrete to our part.

SORU What is your manner of payment?
40 % of the total amount including VAT is collected in cash. The remaining balance is collected as post-dated check within 30 and 60 days as from the date of the contract. Alternative modes of payment is open to mutual discussion.

SORU How many storeys can you establish utmost?
We can establish 2 storey buildings. Multi-storey buildings can be built too; however since building construction increases, unit m2 cost increases as well.
