Production Plants

Vefa Group companies carry out their activities at their production plants situated on an open area of 20.000 m² and a closed area of 15.000 m² at İstanbul Pendik-Kurtköy and Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone (Chemists Industrial Site)

Production Capacity

Accommodation containers: 750 pieces / month (single shift)

Vefa offers high-class, economic and fast solutions at its modern production plants. The construction quality is constantly kept under control through the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. Since major part of the workmanship is performed at the factory, the margin of error remains at minimum level.

Assembly

The widths and lengths of the prefabricated buildings will be applied in multiples of 125 cm. The prefabricated buildings consist of the modulation of four different panels. The heaviest part of the prefabricated building which is comprised of a filled wall panel, a wall panel with transom window, a wall panel with window and a wall panel with door, is approximately 90 kg.

The panel dimensions are 1250x2500mm1250x2800mm and 1250x3000mm. All architectural projects and static - reinforced concrete and steel calculations are made using SAP2000 and AutoCAD programs, and therefore any changes can be applied easily. Assembly of a single floor building of approximately 100 m2 can be completed within four days.
